1. Service Agreement

By using Remilo's video editing services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

2. Project Scope

The scope of work will be defined in the project proposal and may include:

Video editing and post-production
Color grading and correction
Sound design and mixing
Motion graphics and effects
Project delivery in specified formats

3. Payment Terms

Payment schedule and terms:

50% deposit required to start project
Remaining balance due upon completion
Additional revisions billed separately
Payment methods: Credit card, bank transfer

4. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, you will receive:

Full rights to the edited video
License to use our work commercially
Source files (if included in package)
Usage rights for specified platforms

5. Project Timeline

Standard project timelines:

Basic Package: 5-7 business days
Pro Package: 7-10 business days
Premium Package: 10-14 business days
Rush delivery available (additional fee)

6. Revisions

Revision policy:

Number of revisions based on package
Major changes may incur additional fees
Revision requests must be specific
Turnaround time for revisions: 1-2 business days

7. Source Materials

Client responsibilities:

Provide high-quality source footage
Ensure proper licensing for all materials
Backup all original files
Provide clear project requirements

8. Cancellation

Cancellation terms:

Deposit non-refundable after work begins
48-hour notice required for cancellation
Partial work delivered if cancelled mid-project
No refunds for completed work

9. Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality by:

Signing NDAs when requested
Securing all project files
Limiting access to project materials
Not sharing client information
