1. Service Refunds

  • Project cancellation before work begins
  • Failure to deliver agreed services
  • Significant deviation from project requirements
  • Technical issues preventing service delivery

2. Project Deposits

Our deposit policy includes:

  • 50% deposit required to start work
  • Deposit refundable if project cancelled before work begins
  • Non-refundable after work has commenced
  • Deposit applied to final project cost

3. Revision Policy

Our revision policy includes:

  • Two rounds of revisions included in standard packages
  • Additional revisions available at extra cost
  • No refunds for unused revision rounds
  • Revision requests must be specific and clear

4. Project Cancellation

Cancellation terms include:

  • Full refund if cancelled before work begins
  • Partial refund based on work completed
  • No refund after final delivery
  • Cancellation fees may apply

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Submit request in writing
  • Include project details and reason
  • Allow 5-7 business days for review
  • Refunds processed within 14 days

6. Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Completed work meeting requirements
  • Client's change of mind after delivery
  • Unused revision rounds
  • Additional services requested

7. Payment Methods

Refunds will be issued through:

  • Original payment method
  • Bank transfer for large amounts
  • Processing fees may apply
  • Currency conversion at current rates
