1. Service Refunds
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Project cancellation before work begins
- Failure to deliver agreed services
- Significant deviation from project requirements
- Technical issues preventing service delivery
2. Project Deposits
Our deposit policy includes:
- 50% deposit required to start work
- Deposit refundable if project cancelled before work begins
- Non-refundable after work has commenced
- Deposit applied to final project cost
3. Revision Policy
Our revision policy includes:
- Two rounds of revisions included in standard packages
- Additional revisions available at extra cost
- No refunds for unused revision rounds
- Revision requests must be specific and clear
4. Project Cancellation
Cancellation terms include:
- Full refund if cancelled before work begins
- Partial refund based on work completed
- No refund after final delivery
- Cancellation fees may apply
5. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Submit request in writing
- Include project details and reason
- Allow 5-7 business days for review
- Refunds processed within 14 days
6. Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Completed work meeting requirements
- Client's change of mind after delivery
- Unused revision rounds
- Additional services requested
7. Payment Methods
Refunds will be issued through:
- Original payment method
- Bank transfer for large amounts
- Processing fees may apply
- Currency conversion at current rates
